LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982
SECTION 2 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th March 2015, Martin Peter Castle of 437, Millbrook Road West, Southampton in Hampshire made application to Southampton City Council for the renewal to him of licence to use the premises known as A TASTE OF AMSTERDAM and situate at 437 Millbrook Road West Southampton SO15 0HX as a sex shop as defined in Schedule 3 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.
FURTHER DETAILS: A copy of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Solicitor to the Council, Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton, SO15 1YG during normal office hours. OBJECTIONS: Any objection to the application should be made in writing, stating in general terms the grounds on which the objection is made, to the Licensing Team, Legal and Democratic Services, Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton, SO15 1YG and should arrive no later than 28 days after the date of this Notice.
An objector's name and address will not be revealed to the applicant by the Council without the objector's prior consent.
