PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an applica­tion was made to the Southampton City Council for a premises licence under the above Act on 11th February 2015. Applicant Jithus Limited. Address of premises: Obelisk Food & Wine, 127 Obelisk Road, Woolston, Southampton, S019 9DN. Proposed licensable activi­ties: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Alcohol sales -every day 08.00 to 23.00 hours. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: ?licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, S018 9LA. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representa­tions to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 10th March 2015.
