Licensing Act 2003
An Application has been made to Southampton City Council for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, i n respect of Tesco Stores Ltd, Cobden Ave Soton Exp, 14-16 Cobden Avenue, Britterne, Southampton, Hampshire S0181 FX to sell alcohol from 06:00 to 00.00 hours, Monday to Sunday. The licensing regis­ter and a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Sox 1767, Southampton, S018 9LA, weekdays between 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 to assist personal callers. We may be available at other times by prior appointment Any repre­sentation by a responsible authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the council by 18/02/2015. It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an appli­cation and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary convic­tion for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
