Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Fuller, Smith & Turner Pic has applied to Southampton City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as The Stable, Unit 6, New Arts Complex, Southampton. The proposed
licensable activities and their hours
are : Supply of alcohol & recorded music 10.00 - midnight 7 days a week. Late Night Refreshment 23.00 - 00.30 7 days a week. Opening 08.00 - 00.30 7 days a week. Any representations regarding the above-
mentioned application must be
received in writing by LicensingTeam Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO18 9LA no later than 10th February 2015 stating
the grounds for representation. The register of Southampton City Council
and the record of the application may
be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal
business hours or on the council's
website - www.southampton.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a
person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
