Proposed development at: Land at 68-76 & 80-84, Portswood Road, Portswood, Southampton SO17 2FW.
Take notice that application is being made by: Glendale Estates (Mr Glen Dale) is applying to the Southampton City Council for planning permission: Redevelopment of the site to provide 75 Student Flats in 3, 4 and 5-storey buildings with associated facilities and an office/ commercial unit with parking and storage. Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Southampton City Council, Planning & Sustainability, Ground Floor, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LS within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
