Notice is given that Loud Sound Ltd have applied to Southampton City Council Licensing Authority for a Premises License under the Licensing Act 2003. Premises: SOUTHAMPTON COMMON, THE AVENUE HIGHFIELD, SO15 7NN
The application is for two consecutive days in any one year, which must be Saturday, Sunday The licensable activities and timings are: SATURDAY 1030 - 2300 and SUNDAY 1030 - 2300 PERFORMANCE OF PLAYS / EXHIBITION OF FILMS / PERFORMANCE OF LIVE MUSIC / PERFORMANCE OF RECORDED MUSIC / PERFORMANCE OF DANCE / SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register, including the application, may be inspected on the City Council's web site at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing or at their offices at Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays. A responsible authority or any person, body or business likely to be affected may make representations about the application in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA, so as to be received by them between the 16th December 2014 and 13th January 2015. Any representation must relate to at least one of the licensing objectives. Frivolous or vexatious representations are likely to be rejected. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000). Representations must be received no later than 13/01/2015
