LICENCING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
Cracklerock Brewing company hereby give notice that we have applied on 16th December 2014 to Eastleigh Borough Council as the Licencing authority for the grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Unit 2 The Old Cooperage, High Street, Botley, Southampton SO30 2EA.
The Licencing activities are for the sale ofalcohol onsite for consumption onsite. Performance of live music. Playing of recorded music. Performance of dance. Any person who wishes to submit representation in connection with this application should contact Eastleigh Borough Council. The statutory register may be inspected at the licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09.00 and 12.00 or 14.00 and 16.00 weekdays or at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding £5000
