Notice is hereby given that an application was made to New Forest District Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 4th December 2014. Applicant: Malthurst Petroleum Limited. Address of premises: MRH Rufus Stone, A31 Ringwood Road, Stoney Cross, Lyndhurst, Hants., SO43 7GN. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of
Alcohol fo Consumption off the Premises Provision of Late Night Refreshment. Proposed days and
hours of licensable activity: Every Day - Alcohol Sales 00.00 to 24.00;

23.00 to 05.00. The postal address of
the Licensing Authority where the

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall
give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing
