PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that an appl ication was made to Southampton City Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 21 st November 2014. Applicants: Parkview Retail Ltd. Address of premises: Welcome Coop, Harbour Parade, West Quay Road, Southampton, S015 1BA. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every Day -Alcohol Sales 08.00 to 23.00. The address of the Licensing Authority where the statutory register is kept and the application may be inspected Monday - Friday 9 am - 12 noon & 2pm - 4 pm is: Southampton City Council, Licensing Section, Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY. Any person wishing to make representa­tions on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representa­tions to The Licensing Officer at Southampton City Council, Licensing Team, Southampton, S014 7LY with­in 28 days of the date of this notice -by the 19th December 2014. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
