LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made to Southampton City Council for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act byTesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco, 85-87 Above Bar Street, Southampton SO14 7FG to: Sell alco­hol from 0600hrs - 2400hrs Monday to Sunday. The licensing register and
a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of
Southampton City Council, Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY between 0900hrs - 1200hrs and 1400hrs -1600hrs Monday to Friday except
public holidays, or on the internet at
www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register
Any representation by an interested
party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licence Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA by 11th December 2014. It is an offence to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of
£5,000.
