NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Loungers Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for the grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:
Address of Premises - Maritimo Lounge, Unit 1, Admirals Quay, Ocean Way, Southampton SO14 3JE .
It is proposed to licence these premises for: The on sale of alcohol from 10.00 hrs until 23.00 hrs Sunday to Wednesday and 10.00 hrs until midnight Thursday to Saturday and 10.00 to 01.00 hrs (following day) on New Year's Eve. Late night refreshment 23.00 hrs until Midnight on Thursday to Saturday, all as specified in the application. The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09.00 and 12.00 or between 14.00 and 16.00 hrs Monday to Friday or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register.
Any representations by an interested party or relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA so as to be received by them by 8 December 2014. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction of the offence is not exceeding £5,000.
