LICENSING ACT 2003
An Application has been made to Southampton City Council for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco Stores Ltd, Soton Burgess Rd Exp, 278 Burgess Road, Southampton, Hampshire SO16 3BE to sell alcohol from 06:00 to 00.00 hours, Monday to Sunday. The licensing register and a record of the
application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1 767, SO18 9LA, weekdays between 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 to assist personal callers.
We may be available at other times by prior appointment.
Any representation by /responsible authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the council by 09/12/2014.
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
