Licensing Act 2003
An Application has been made to New Forest District Council for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco Stores Ltd, BlackfieldSotonExp, 144 Hampton Lane, Blackfield, Southampton, Hampshire SO45 1WE to sell alcohol from 06:00 to 23:00 hours, Monday to Sunday. The licensing register and a record of the
application may be inspected at the
offices of the New Forest
District Council, Licensing Services,
Appletree Court, Hampshire,
SO43 7PA between 0900 - 1500hrs
weekdays, or via website
www.newforest.gov.uk. Any repre-
sentation by a responsible authcority or an interested party must be made
in writing to the council by
09/12/20l4.
It is an offence for anyone to
knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an
application and the maximum fine
for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale
(£5000).
