Licensing Act 2003
An Application has been made to Southampton City Council for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco Stores Ltd, Wimpson Lane Express, 8 Wimpson Lane, Millbrook, Southampton, Hampshire SO16 4QF to sell alcohol from 06:00 to 23:00 hours, Monday to Sunday. The licensing register and a record of the
application may be inspected at the
offices of the Licensing Team,
Southampton City Council, pO Box 1767, SO18 9LA, weekdays between 09:00 to 12:00 and from
pO
14:00 to 16:00 to assist personal
callers. We may be available at other
times by prior appointment. Any
representation by a responsible
authority or an interested party must
be made in writing to the council by
21/11/2014.
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an
application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence
is level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
