LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We West Quay Limited, Hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: West Quay Limited, Unit C, Empress Park, Southampton. SO14 0HH
The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption off the premises) Monday - Friday 08:00 - 20:00hrs Saturday - Sunday 08:00 - 17:00hrs
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team at Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY Monday to Friday between 9am - 12pm and from 2-4pm or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA so as to be received by them between the 24th October 2014 and 28 days after the application date.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
