SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCIU
CITY OF SOUTHAMPTON (WEST PARK ROAD (NORTH-WESTERN FOOTWAY))
(FOOTWAY CLOSURE) (175-45R) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2014
Southampton City Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Council made the following Order on 29th September 2014.
1 The effect of the Order will be to close West Park Road (north-western footway) from its junction with Havelock Road to a point 40m south-west of its junction with Havelock Road.

2 The Order is required to facilitate the safety of the public during development works.

3 The alternative route will be via the south-eastern footway.

4 The Order comes into force on 1st October 2014 and it is anticipated that the work will take 21 weeks to complete. The Order will therefore cease to have effect on 21st February 2015 or on completion of the works, whichever is later.
