MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009

APPLICATION FOR MAINTENANCE DREDGE AND DISPOSAL

Notice is hereby given that MARINA DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake dredge and disposal at Ocean Village Marina. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at the Marina Office, Ocean Village Marina, Southampton, SO14 3TG.
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle uponTyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 18th September, quoting reference MLA/2014/00208.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
