NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

I, TALWINDER SINGH, hereby give notice that I have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for grant of a Premises Licence under Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: Postal Address of Premises: ROCCO'S PIZZA, 95b WINCHESTER ROAD, CHANDLERS FORD SO53 2GG The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:
The sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption off the premises) from 1130 hrs to 2300 hrs Monday to Sunday. The relevant Licensing Authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the Licensing Office at Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh SO50 9YN between 0900 and 1200 or between 1400 and 1600 Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton and Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton S018 9LA so as to be received by them between 4th September2014and 1stOctober2014.
