NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

made relevant to the Lansing Act. It is an offence knowingly or
a
recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a
