(WESTWOOD ROAD) (ROAD CLOSURE) (163-45)
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2014
Southampton City Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Council made the following Order on 28th August 2014.
1 The effect of the Order will be to close Westwood Road from its junction with the Avenue to a point 35m East of its junction with the Avenue.

2 The Order is required to allow highway improvements.

3 The alternative route will be The Avenue, Winn Road, Brookvale Road and vice versa.

4 The Order comes into force on 1st September 2014 and it is anticipated that the work will take 12 days to complete. The Order will therefore cease to have effect on 12th September 2014 or on completion of the works, whichever is later.
