Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Bitterne Royal British Legion Club, 237 Upper Deakin Road, off Wmdover Close, Southampton, S019 5JR, on 12 September 2014, at 11.30 am precisely for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99,100 and 101 of the said Act.
