LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
I, Harjinder Singh Roath hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for grant of a Premises Licence under Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:- 48a St. Mary Street Southampton SO14 1NR for the daily retail sale of alcohol between 0800 hours and 2200 hours. Any representations by any interested partyorarelevantauthoritymustbemade in writing to their Licensing Team, Southampton City Council P.O. Box 1767 Southampton SO18 9LA, so as to be received by them between the date of the application and 20 clear working days after the application date. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
