The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992 (Regulation 6) Notice of Application for Hazardous Substances Consent
I give notice that Nalco Manufacturing Limited is applying to the New Forest District Council for Hazardous Substances Consent for the storage of Part A substances: Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), Liquefied extremely flammable gases and Methanol; and Part B Substances: Toxics, Flammables and Substances Dangerous to the Environment at Fawley Refinery (Block 102.) Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at the Nalco Administration building, Cadland Road, Hardley, Hythe, Southampton, SO45 3NP (via Gate 1, Fawley Refinery) during all reasonable hours until 17th September 2014 Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the New Forest District Council atAppletree court, Lyndhurst, by the 22nd September 2014.
