DECEASED NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925


ANY person having any claim against or an interest in the estate of Derek Roland Moody late of 66 Merridale Road Southampton Hampshire S019 7AD who died on 10 May 2014 is required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned, the solicitors for the executors of the said deceased on or before 15 October 2014 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
