PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to sOUthampton City Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 4th August 2014. Applicants: W S Retail Ltd Address of premises: Central Stores, 1 St James Road, Shirley, Southampton/SO15 5FB. Propossed licensable activities: Sale
of Alcohol for consumption off the premises. Proposed days and hours
of licensable activity: Every day -Alcohol Sales 08.00 to 23.00. The
address of the Licensing Authority
where the statutory register is kept and the application may be inspected is Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 12.00 noon & 2.00 pm - 4.00pm is Southampton City Council, Licensing
Section, Civic Centre, Southampton,
SO14 7LY.Any person wishing to
make representations on this matter
shall give notice, in writing, stating
the nature and grounds for making such representations to the Licensing Officer at Southampton City Council
Licensing Team, PO Box 1767,
Southampton, SO18 9LY within 28
days of the date of this notice-by the 1st September 2014. Further informa-

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly
or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an applica-tion and the maximum fine on sum-
mary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
