NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Grove Place Village, Upton Lane, Nursling, Southampton, SO16 0XY Take notice that application is being made by Mr Craig Percy of Grove Place PTY Ltd is applying to the Test Valley Borough Council for planning permission: Erection of building to provide specialist nursing and dementia care facilities with ancillary cycle store, servicing, amenity space and landscaping, including woodland management and tree planting, provision of 28 car parking spaces plus relocation of 4 existing car parking spaces, construction of access drive from Upton Lane. Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire SP10 3AJ.
