NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

I, Jon Haughton (SoCo Music Project), Hereby give notice that it has applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows. Postal address of premises: The Old Magistrates Court, Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO50 9DE. The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: The provision of regulated entertainment, consisting of: (a) a performance of a play; (b) an exhibition of a film; (e) a performance of live music; (f) any playing of recorded music; (g) a performance of dance; (h) entertainment of a similar description to that falling within paragraph (e), (f) or (g), where the entertainment takes place in the presence of an audience and is provided for the purpose, or for purposes which include the purpose, of entertaining that audience.


The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on theinternetatlicensing.eastleigh.gov.uk Any representations by an interested party or relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA so as to be received by them between the 28th July 2014 and 20 clear working days after the application date


Please note it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine, not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
