MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009

APPLICATION FOR WORKS TO THE RIVER EDGE, CENTENARY QUAY, SOUTHAMPTON

Notice is hereby given that CREST NICHOLSON OPERATION LTD has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake works to the river edge as part of the larger Centenary Quay development. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Savills, 7th Floor, 2 Charlotte Place, Southampton SO14 0TB. Please contact either Gavin Hall or Charles McClea on 023 8071 3900. Copies ofthe Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to mark.herbert@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 17 July 2014, quoting reference -MLA/2014/00333.

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
