Re: The Estate Of Catherine Mary Gillian Bartlett, also known as Catherine Bartlett and Catherine M.G. Bartlett, Deceased

Creditors and others having claims against the estate of Catherine Mary Gillian Bartlett, late of 9 Mariners Court, Broad Lane, Lymington, Hampshire, United Kingdom, who died on June 24, 2013 are hereby notified under section 38 of the Trustee Act that particulars of their claims should be sent to the undersigned executor c/o 700 - 401 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, V6B 5A1, on or before August 17, 2014 after which date the executor will distribute the estate among the parties entitled to it, having regard to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
