SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982 (section 2)

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE THAT on 10 July 2014, Southern Nightclubs Limited of The Armoury, Unit R1 Fort Wallington, Fareham, PO16 8TT made application to Southampton City Council for the renewal of the licence to use premises to be known as Playhouse Gentlemen's Club and situate at Harbour House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ a sexual entertainment venue as defined in Schedule 3 Local Government (Miscellaneous Prov­isions) Act 1982.

A copy of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY during normal office hours.

Any objection to this application shall be made in writing stating in general terms the grounds for objection to The Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO189LA and should arrive no later than 28 days after the 10th July 2014.

The legislation requires that an objector's name and address shall not be revealed to the applicant by the Council without the objector's prior consent.
