NOTICE APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
TO BE GRANTED UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

We Boulangerie Victor Hugo (UK) Limited hereby give Notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for grant of a Premises Licence under Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: 49/50 High Street, Southampton SO14 2NS

The application is for a Premises Licence for the following licensable activities:
Sell by retail of alcohol for consumption on or off the premises.
The provision of regulated entertainment consisting of any playing of recorded music.

The relevant Licensing Authority Southampton City Council under statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 9.00 am and 12 noon or between 2.00pm and 4.00pm Mondays to Fridays or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing.

Any representations byaninterested partyor relevantauthoritymustbemade in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767 Southampton SO18 9LA so as to be received by them between the date of application and 20 clear working days after the application date.

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000.00).
