TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Catherine Mary Gillard, late of 2 Railway Cottages, Station Road, Bursledon, Southampton, Hampshire SO31 8AA who died on the 5th day of January 2014, and whose Will was proved at the Winchester District Probate Registry on the 31st day of March 2014, by Angela Jane Pengelly and Sandra Doreen Granger, the Executors named in the said Will, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitor for the said Executors on or before the 18th day of August 2014, after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests ofwhich they shall then have had notice.
