NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that R & V Partners Limited have applied to Southampton City Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises to be known as Roosters Piri Piri, 25 London Road Southampton SO15 2AD. The application is for the grant of a licence to permit the provision of late night refreshment until 1 a.m. on Sunday to Wednesday nights (into the following mornings) and until 5 a.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and on Sundays falling on Bank Holiday weekends (into the following mornings). Anyone who wishesto make representationsconcerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Southampton CityCouncil PO Box 1967 Southampton SO18 9LA no ater than 7th July2014. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Southampton City Council at the above address (or www.southampton.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
