NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Licensing Authority at Fareham Borough Council for a premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are the supply of alcohol off the premises. Name of Applicant: Sarah Hussain. Postal Address of the Premises: 3 Mitre Court, Broadlaw Walk, Bishopsfield Road, Fareham, PO14 1LE Brief description of proposed variation for the premises:- 1. The licensing of the premises is for the supply of alcohol for off sales.
A copy of the Statutory Register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown being Licensing office at the Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, Hampshire, P016 7PR between 0900 to 1600 Monday to Friday, or on the Council website at https://www.fareham.gov.uk/ council/departments/healthcommunity/apply.aspx#Applying for a review.
Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on the matter must submit these representations in writing to The Licensing Officer, Regulatory Services, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Centre, Civic Way, Fareham, PO16 7AZ by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice. Written representations may also be made by email to customerservices@fareham.gov.uk. Telephone 01329 236100 Licensing Team. Any representations will be notified to the applicant and will be considered by the Licensing Authority.
