ANY person having any claim against or an interest in the estate of Peter Raymond Batten deceased late of Flat 4, Chalfont Court, Bracken Lane, Upper Shirley, Southampton, SO16 6BB who died on 22nd May 2014 is required to send particulars thereof to Messrs Mackarness & Lunt, 16 High Street, Petersfield, Hampshire, GU32 3JJ (REF: MRP/DCA) on or before 11th day of August 2014 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
