Notice is hereby given under the Trustee Act 1925 that the executors of Kathleen Dorothy Russell formerly of 7 Nightingale Grove, Southampton, SO15 3HQ_: who died on the 18th October 2013 and whose will was proved in Winchester District Probate Registry on the 15th January 2014 are ready to distribute the estate in accordance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the said Kathleen Dorothy Russell. Any person having a claim against or an interest in the said estate should provide written particulars thereof to the undersigned before 11th August 2014 after which date the estate will be distributed to the benificiaries having regard only to such claims and interests of which the executors have then received notice.
