Notice of application for a Premises Licence
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Fareham Borough Council for a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. Name of Applicant NewRlver Retail Description of location: The car park area of the Locks Heath Shopping Village.
The licence will be used for events which could include activities such as plays, films, live music, recorded music and performance of dance. The supply of alcohol could also take place as part of an organised event
The licenced hours would be from 10.00hrs - 22.00hrs Monday to Sunday For use during organised events only. These events and activities will be subject to annual maximums as expressed within the licence application. Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to the above address by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice. The closing date for representations is: 28th June 2014
ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
