PLANNING NOTICE
DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL FOR
FORMER EGMONT NURSERY SITE,
BROOK AVENUE, WARSASH
Alternative proposals for the reuse of land at the former Egmont Nursery site, Brook Avenue, Warsash. The proposed options are a low density housing scheme (8 units) and a solar energy project. Both schemes will involve the removal of the redundant buildings and remediation of the land. Plans of the alternative proposals will be on display and there will be an opportunity for a discussion with the landowners and their representatives, and to make any comments at this pre-application stage. Exhibition to be held Thursday 12th June between 4 and 8 pm at The Cedar's, Brook Avenue.
