Constance Eileen Goddard, whose last address was Flat 27 Melvin Jones House, St Mary's Road, Stubbington, Hampshire PO14 2HL died on 1 March 2014.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to s. 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the deceased person whose name and address is set out above is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the person whose name and address is set out above, and to send such particulars before 1 August 2014, after which date the executor will distribute the estate among the persons entitled to it having regard only to the claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not by then have had notice.
