MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR AN OIL ON WATER EXERCISE
Notice is hereby given that Aerospace Resources Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake an oil on water exercise designed to prove, under controlled scientific conditions, the radar technology destined for installation in the NovaSAR satellite. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at the offices of Southampton Central Library, Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LW, please ask for Mr Richard Ashman the Manager.
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to mike.mcgoldrick@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 25 April 2014, quoting reference MLA/2014/00133.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
