M27 JUNCTION 3 WIDENING AND SIGNALS
DETERMINATION BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE
FOR TRANSPORT UNDER SECTION 105A(3)
OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
The secretary of state for transport hereby gives notice that he has determined that his proposal to carry out widening work at and around Junction 3 of the M27 is a relevant project within the meaning of section 105A {1) of the Highways Act 1980 and is not subject to envi­ronmental impact assessment in accordance with ftrt VA of the Highways Act 1980 implementing Directive 85/337/EEC as amended by Directive 97/11/EC. Any comments about this notice should be sent, as soon as possible and not later than 6 weeks from the date of this notice to Highways Agency, Federated House, London Road, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SZ.
