TRUSTEE ACT1925 Section 27
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Patricia Frederika Hayward, deceased, retired school teacher, of West View, Outlands Lane, Curdridge, Southampton SO30 2HD and Hunters Care Centre, Cherry Tree Lane, Cirencester, GL7 5DT; and who died on 27th January 2014, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Executors, Mr D Hayward and Mr R Cornthwaite c/o Garstangs Burrows Bussin Solicitors, Central Court, 25 Southampton Buildings, London, WC2A1AL and to send such particulars no later than two months and one day after the appearance of this Notice after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice.
