MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR RYDE CANOE LAKE OUTFALL ALTERATIONS,
RYDE ESPLANADE, ISLE OF WIGHT.
Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight Council has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake Ryde Canoe Lake Outfall Alterations, Ryde Esplanade, Isle Of Wight. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Ryde Harbourmasters Office, Esplanade, Ryde. PO33 1JA
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to joanna.parnell@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 25th April 2014, quoting reference: MLA/2014/00135.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
