Re: Stephanie Ailsa Nicholls, Deceased
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Stephanie Ailsa Nicholls, late of 25 Pennine Way,Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO53 3BB, who died on the 27th October 2013, and whose Will was proved at the Winchester District Probate Registry on the 28th day of March 2014 to Michael Robert Moore and Lynn Fiona Jackson the Executors named in the said Will any claimant is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Executors on or before the 10th day of June 2014 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
