Re: Joan Miriam Linham, Deceased
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Joan Miriam Linham, late of 8 Pembers Close, Fair Oak, Eastleigh, Hampshire who died on the 17th August 2013 and whose Will was proved at the Winchester District Probate Registry on the 20th day of February 2014 to John Kenneth Linham and Michael Bryan Linham the Executors named in the said Will any claimant is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Executors on or before the 10th day of June 2014 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard onlyto the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
