Notice is hereby given that Greene King Retailing Limited has applied in respect of the Brewery Bar Public House, 10 Winchester Street, Botley, SO30 2AA for a variation to the prem­ises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan. The alterations consist of the installation of an external bar servery in the beer garden. The operat­ing times and licensable activities authorised by the Premises Licence are to remain unaltered. Any part of the application that changes the plan/lay-
out at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Locations of fire safety and other safe­ty equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities orfollowing a risk assessment. Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plans regulations is indicative only and subject to change at any time. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 15 April 2014, to the Eastleigh Borough Council licensing authority at Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing
