NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Clifford Godfrey Harper late of 34 Neva Road, Bitterne Park, Southampton, SO18 4FJ who died on the 13 February 2014, is required to send written particulars to the undersigned by the 21 May 2014 after which date the Executor of the said Deceased will distribute the Estate of the said Deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
