Application for Premises Licence
Vom Fass Concessions Ltd is applying for a Premises Licence at a Kiosk situated at Upper Shopping, Westquay Shopping Centre, 8/10 Portland Terrace, Southampton SO14 7EG to sell alcohol for consumption off the premises 9am/ 9pm Mon/Fri, 9am /7pm Sat, 11 am to 5pm Sun. The application is kept by the licensing team and can be viewed at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO18 weekdays 9am to 12pm / 2pm to 4pm . It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
