Notice of Determination M27 JUNCTION 5 FREE-FLOW EASTBOUND ON-SLIP DETERMINATION BYTHE SECRETARY OF STATE FORTRANS-PORT UNDERSECTION 105A(3) OFTHE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
The secretary of state for transport hereby gives notice that he has determined that his proposal to carry out widening work at and aroundJunction 5 of the M27 is a relevant project withinthe meaning of section 105A (1) of the Highways Act 1980 and is not subject to environmental impact assessment in accordance with PartVAofthe Highways Act 1980 implementing Directive 85/337/EEC as amended byTJirective97/11/EC^{H B}
