Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence
We, Hamble Motor Yacht Charters LLP, Hereby give notice that it has applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows. Postal address of premises: Pure Harmony, Fairline Squadron 42 Moored at:- Port Hamble Marina, Satchell Lane, Hamble SO31 4QD.
The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: The Retail sale of alcohol (for consumption both on and off the premises) 00.00 to 24.00, 7 days a week for charter guests only. The playing of recorded music 00.00 to 24.00, 7 days a week for charter guests only. The provision of late night refreshment 23.00 to 05.00, 7 days a week for charter guests only.
The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on theinternetatlicensing.eastleigh.gov.uk Any representations by an interested party or relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA so as to be received by them between the 10th February and 20 clear working days after the application date
